Through this cause, Rotary assists the needy in 14 area towns.

Located in Wallingford, Master's Manna, Inc.'s mission is to help the homeless, the near homeless, as well as low to moderate income families and individuals to obtain essential needs in the Wallingford/Meriden (14 towns) area. While thanking her audience for their ongoing support, Master's Manna President Cheryl Trzcinski addressed the North Haven Rotary Club to update them on her group’s success. She explained their focus as follows:

·        Delivering basic needs (food, clothing, showers, clothes washers, etc.)

·        Providing vocational training and a supervised job-site for disabled individuals

·        Collaborating with non-profit, local, state & federal organizations to provide additional on-site services (tutoring, health services, medical transportation, etc.)

·        Providing all supplies and services free of charge.

·        Coaching individuals, who can train and support a family who can then impact and improve the community.

There are currently about 320 families throughout the area that are provided with food each week. Currently Master's Manna is assisting 48 North Haven families in need of services. Furthermore, many North Haven High School students perform community service work through the organization and the hours are credited toward their graduation requirement. Ian Brooks, a Wallingford volunteer at the non-church affiliated service, told the club, “We value our relationship with our community partners and sincerely thank the North Haven Rotary Club for its investment in the community.”
