President Ron Bathrick
Welcome to the North Haven Rotary Club.
Our vibrant Rotary Club of nearly 60 members is entering our 77th year serving our community and the world.

Club Executives & Directors
President Elect
Immediate Past Pres.
Assistant Treasurer
The time is now to apply for a 2020 community grant from the North Haven Rotary Club.
Every year, North Haven Rotary gives back to the community through the funds that our club raised throughout the year.
All grant applications for funds must be received via this online application form no later than April 30th to be considered by our board for funding.

Our Rotary Club accepts applications all year long and makes final funding decisions each May.

If your project is funded then we will award the funds during our annual community recognition luncheon (to be scheduled). A representative from your group must attend to receive funds.

Highlights of Grant Distribution Policies and Guidelines

1) North Haven Rotary seeks to fund projects and purposes which will have the greatest positive impact in the community and the people who live here.

2) Grants are not typically made for endowments, scholarships, operating expenses, deficit financing or reimbursement for items previously purchased.

3) Requests for seed money for new community projects are encouraged and preference is given to those needs not being met by any other organizations.

4) Our April 30th deadline for submission (including all supporting materials) is firm. Submissions received after that date will be deferred until the following year.

5) Grants are disbursed for specific one-time purposes (or projects) and are not reoccurring.

6) The applicant is expected to demonstrate success after the funds are disbursed.

7) Generally, only one grant per organization will be considered each year.

8) If for any reason a grantee is unable to use the grant for the stated purpose then the grantee will immediately return the grant funds to the North Haven Rotary Club.

9) A North Haven Rotarian will be assigned to each funding request (Grant) as a sponsor. They will be responsible for communicating on the grant request and the project.
